Alhamdulillah, suami saya selalu menyukai dan mendukung masakan saya. Martabak mini ini pernah suami request untuk sarapan atau snack sore hari.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Latar belakang saya di dunia permasakan ini sebetulnya cukup menyedihkan. Kebanyakan masakan saya tidak mendapatkan pujian dari keluarga besar saya . Walaupun menurut suami saya, masakan saya ini layak untuk dijual, begitu pun dengan pendapat dari beberapa teman saya semasa merantau . Tapi entah kenapa, sekembalinya saya ke Indonesia, yang di awal saya merasa yakin akan mendapat dukungan full dari keluarga, ternyata sebaliknya. Alhamdulillah suami selalu mendukung hobby saya, sehingga saya berusaha bangkit kembali.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Dukungan tulus dari..... mahal sekali... Sedih rasanya, bahkan seringnya mengicip pun tidak... Namun untuk martabak mini ini, ibu saya semangat untuk memfotonya... Alhamdulillah, finally ... Karena cukup langka bagi ibu saya untuk memuji masakan saya dibanding masakan Kakak saya...</p>
<p dir="ltr">Meski demikian, ini resep martabak mini favourite saya, enak dan mudah . Saya sudah mencoba berbagaiiiii resep martabak mini, menurut saya, resep ini paling enak rasanya...</p>
<p dir="ltr">Resep ini punyanya mbak Rina Rinso, saya copy paste dari blognya beliau. Namun disebutkan didalam blognya, bahwa resep awal berasal dari blognya Mbak Irene, dimana saya tidak mengetahui alamat blognya. Berikut saya copy paste dari Mbak Rina Rinso <br><br></p>
<p dir="ltr"><b>Martabak Bolu Mini</b></p>
<p dir="ltr">Bahan :</p>
<p dir="ltr">250 gr terigu serbaguna (segitiga biru)<br>
50 gr gula pasir<br>
1/4 sdt baking powder<br>
1/4 sdt garam<br>
300 cc susu cair<br>
3 butir telur<br>
30 gr gula <br>
1/2 sdt fermipan/ragi instan<br>
1/4 sdt baking powder<br>
50 gr mentega dicairkan<br></p>
<p dir="ltr">Taburan di atas :<br>
butter<br>
gula pasir<br>
susu kental manis<br>
keju parut<br>
cokelat meises<br></p>
<p dir="ltr">Cara membuat :</p>
<p dir="ltr">1. Campur jadi satu terigu, gula, baking powder, dan garam.<br>
2. Masukkan susu sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk dengan whisker.<br>
3. Setelah tercampur rata masukkan fermipan dan istirahatkan selama 30 menit.<br>
4. Di tempat lain kocok telur dan gula (kocok lepas aja pakai garpu) kemudian masukkan ke dalam adonan yg sudah di istirahatkan selama 30 menit.<br>
5. Terakhir masukkan mentega cair dan baking powder.<br>
6. Panaskan cetakan, ambil 1 sendok sayur cetakan, biarkan sampai adonan mengembang dan berlubang, taburi dengan gula kemudian tutup hingga matang.<br>
7. Angkat martabak dari cetakan dan beri olesan butter, kemudian beri susu kental manis dan keju atau meises atau topping sesuai selera sebagai taburan.<br><br></p>

<p dir="ltr">I cooked arem-arem for the first time when I was in Tokyo at winter. Even though it was so cold, we were very exciting for having picnic in front of Hagiyama station. The three of us , together....</p>
<p dir="ltr">Second time, when I was in JB, wherever we went for picnic , arem2 is one of our favourite menu, especially when we went to Leg**and theme park. And it become our little one favourite lunch , we enjoyed every bite of it. The four of us, together...</p>
<p dir="ltr">Third time, now in Indonesia where it's belong. It's my family favourite breakfast and my family favourite picnic menu as well. It's our comfort food especially in the cold morning day.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Banana leaf is not easy to find whether at Tokyo or JB. So , sometimes I wrapped it up with aluminium foil. Nevertheless, banana leaf is the best wrapper for arem-arem. So I go  crazy here crafting the arem-arem, because it's easier to find banana leaf 😍</p>
<p dir="ltr">So many kind type of arem-arem here in Indonesia ,  but our favorite is vegetables mixed meat. </p>
<p dir="ltr">Well, I love to cooked, baked and eat. Whenever I do it, I feel  happy relieved and strong... <br>
Especially when my lovely family enjoyed my food.<br>
I just enjoyed it... <br>
Not because I'm the best wife , or best mom or best woman... because I'm not...<br>
I just enjoyed it....<br>
And I'm dedicated it to our family for sure....</p>

I want to share my happiness through my favourite recipe </p>
<p dir="ltr">Arem-arem </p>
<p dir="ltr">Rice (ncc)</p>
<p dir="ltr">uncooked rice 600gr<br>
Coconut milk 1200ml <br>
Salt 1 tsp<br>
Sugar 1tsp <br>
Serai 1, smashed <br>
Bay leaf 1<br>
Butter / margarine 1tbp</p>
<p dir="ltr">How to make :<br>
1. Boiled coconut milk and spices <br>
2. Put the rice into boiled coconut milk, wait until the rice absorbed all of the coconut milk.<br>
3. Put the butter into rice, close it with the lid, so there won't be dry rice.</p>
<p dir="ltr">FILLING :<br>
Vegetable Oil  2 tbs<br>
Minced meat chicken/beef  250 gr<br>
Cube minced carrot  100 gr<br>
Green bean / Buncis   50 gr, slice nicely<br>
Salam leaves  2 pieces <br>
Gelangal/laos  2 cm<br>
Indonesian brown sugar / gula jawa  2 tbs<br>
Coconut milk 300vml<br>
Red chilli 2 pieces<br>
Salt   1/4 tsp</p>
<p dir="ltr">Grinded nicely:<br>
Shallot 3<br>
Garlic 2<br>
Red chilli  3</p>
<p dir="ltr">How to make <br>
1. Heat the oil, pan fried grinded spices until smell nicely , put on bay leaf and galangal until cooked nicely  .<br>
2. Added brown sugar and meat, cooked until meat change it colour.<br>
3. Add coconut oil into the pan until it done.<br>
4. Put 2 tbs of rice on the top of banana leaf. Then , put 2 tsp of filling on the top of it. Rolled it, and pinned it nicely with sharpened end tusuk gigi or lidi.<br>
5. Steamed until cooked with the boiled water.</p>

Yeah, its capcay, it's become hits lately especiAlly for my kiddos </p>
<p dir="ltr">I wanna keep it, because of course originally this one is my mother recipe </p>
<p dir="ltr">Ingredients :<br>
5 clove garlics (grind well)<br>
Sesame oil<br>
Oyster sauce <br>
Fish ketchup </p>
<p dir="ltr">2 Eggs<br>
Carrot<br>
Bloomkol <br>
Pakcoy <br>
Sausages<br>
Meatballs <br>
Spring onion<br>
Chicken stock <br>
Shrimp <br>
Chicken </p>
<p dir="ltr">How to make :<br>
1. Make scrambled egg, let a side <br>
2.Sauteed garlic nicely (yellow in colour) with sesame oil.<br>
3. Pour the oyster sauce and fish ketchup right on top of the wok, keep  cook until caramelized.<br>
4. Put in all the raw meat, until it had different colours, and next put the sausages in to the wok together with the meatballs. Wait for a while .<br>
5. Put all the vegetables and eggs into  the wok.<br>
6. Stir it well<br>
7. Put all the stock's into the wok together with the salt, little sugar for taste and the pepper. Wait until boiled , and than put in the spring onion.<br>
8. Set the heat into the medium and than, wait just a second  until the capcay  is well done.</p>

If you prefer to have beautiful colour for vegetable, you  can steamed all  the vegetables first, before cooking the <u>capcay</u></p>

First, I'm planning to silaturrahim with my best friend in her house. </p>
<p dir="ltr">But Because of the transportation problem (which is my main problems here in JB, because of my driving trauma syndrome ), so I've got to go early in morning together with my son and husband.</p>
<p dir="ltr">Which is about 8.30 , I'm standby already in my husband campus. I'm planning to wait for my other best friend picking me up at my hubby office for about 1-2 hours. <br>
Once again, human is planning right? And qadar said else... ♥<br>
Tarataaataaaa...<br>
Suddenly... My husband elevator office is not working, surprisely, both elevator is not working...<br>
Oh No....!!! LoL... With my 7 months pregnancy, is almost impossible for me to go to my fifth floor husband office by stairs ... Hehehe...<br>
Oh no...!!! Wkwkwkwkwkw...<br>
And now I'm here , surrounded with stranger , which are they looks curious , who is this pregnant women walking around campus uncertainty... Wkwkwkw...<br>
Counting Minute by minutes now, seems so long hahahaha....</p>

I'm happy for my hubby, he can be a lecturer, just what his dreaming of , i wanted to be lecturer as well actually, and.... Haii... I'm a lecturer actually, </p><p dir="ltr">

In my country, hospital kaki Lima food is identical with bakpao and shuumay...<br>
Oh no... Is so delicious<br>
The bakpau is so soft and warm, in my language is menul2....<br>
The filling of it is chicken, beef meat and Kacang hijau...</p>

<p dir="ltr">Back than when I was in Tokyo, I have founded the moist bakpao recipe that given by one of my friend in Tokyo, I was never ever failed crafting bakpao in Tokyo...<br>
And I'm stop hunting bakpao recipe....</p>
<p dir="ltr">But, when I'm crafting bakpao with that recipe here in JB, it's always failed .... Huwaaaaaa<br>
I don't know what the reason is actually... I'm curious also...<br>
But top of that, it means... I have to started hunting bakpao recipe again and again.... That is not easy at all huwaaaaaa<br>
It takes time...</p>

<p dir="ltr">The bakpau is so soft and moisted still, even it's cold already. Eventhough the outer skin rather hard, but inside is soft... I'm on the way working on it, so I Will update later...</p>

250 gr tepung Terigu (<i>plain flour)</i><br>
1 sdm/tbs tepung kanji (<i>tapioca flour</i>)<br>
2 sdm/tbs gula pasir (<i>granulated sugar </i>)<br>
1 sdm/tbs mentega - saya<i> soft margarine</i><br>
1 sdt/tsp <i>baking powder</i><br>
1/2 sdt/tsp yeast (<i>added to 10ml water</i>) - saya langsung campur dgn bahan kering<i>/mixed well into dry </i><i>ingredients</i><i>, </i><i>I</i><i> </i><i>added</i><i> </i><i>the</i><i> </i><i>instant</i><i> </i><i>yeast</i><i> </i><i>without</i><i> </i><i>water</i>.<br>
2 sdm/<i>tbs</i><i> white condensed milk , add to cold water so become 130 - me, mixed into cold low fat milk 130 ml all.</i><br>
<i>*I added 1 white egg into dough, plus two times sparked flour.</i><br>
<i>* I added 1/4 tsp of salt.</i><br>
<i>For the filling, i filled with chocolate chip semi sweet Hershey and chicken </i><i>pedas</i><i> from just try and taste.</i></p>
<p dir="ltr">1. Campur semua bahan. Uleni dan banting-banting hingga adonan kalis dan lumer -saya uleni dengan mixer Kenwood and hook roti hingga setengah kalis ,kemudian ditambah margarine dan garam, ulenin dengan mixer hingga kalis dan lentur.<br>
<i>* mixed all ingredients well by mixer, except margarine and salt </i><br>
<i>*Than added margarine and salted when the dough is "</i><i>kalis</i><i> and </i><i>lentur</i><i>".</i><br>
2. Bagi adonan menjadi 12 bagian (saya menjadi 16) :D<br>
<i>*Divided into 12 part , me into 16 part</i><br>
3. Bulatkan, kemudian isi tengahnya dengan coklat/ayam pedas, sesuai seler. Taruh diatas kertas roti.<br>
*<i>Make it rounded, filled in with desire filling, put it on baking paper</i>.<br>
4. Diamkan selama 1 jam dengan ditutupi lap basah agar adonan tidak kering.<br>
<i>*let it stand for one hours , cover with wet napkin, to prevent dough becomes dry</i>.<br>
5. Panaskan kukusan, kukus selama 15 menit.<br>

- 1 sendok makan kecap manis<br>
- 1 sendok makan kecap asin<br>
- 5 sendok makan saus sambal botolan<br>
- 4 sendok makan saus tomat botolan<br>
- 1 sendok makan cabai rawit dihaluskan (jika kurang pedas) - tak pakai<br>
- 1/2 sendok teh merica bubuk - tak pakai<br>
- 1/2 sendok makan gula pasir<br>
- 1 sendok makan minyak untuk menumis</p>

Siapkan wajan, panaskan minyak. Masukkan potongan daging ayam, minyak wijen, saus tiram, kecap manis, kecap asin, aduk rata. Masak hingga daging ayam berwarna pucat dan empuk. Masukkan bawang bombay, merica, kaldu bubuk, aduk rata. Masak hingga bawang layu. Tambahkan saus tomat dan saus sambal, aduk rata dan masak hingga semua bahan matang dan ayam agak sedikit mengering. Cicipi rasanya, jika kurang asin tambahkan sedikit garam. Angkat dan dinginkan. </p>

250 gr terigu protein sedang<br>

120 ml susu cair - saya dijadikan buttermilk jadi dorayaki nya lebih lembut, 120 ml susu cair di tambah 1 sdt jeruk lemon</p>

30 gr gula pasir<br>

1 bh jeruk nipis ambil airnya<br>
400 cc santan kental dari 2 btr kelapa<br>
800 cc santan cair<br>
2 ruas jari lengkuas, memarkan<br>
3 lbr daun salam<br>
3 btg sereh, memarkan<br>
4 lbr daun jeruk<br>
1 sdm air asam jawa<br>
4 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis</p>

8 btr kemiri sangrai<br>

4. Tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dengan minyak goreng<br>
5. Masukkan lengkuas, salam, serai dan daun jeruk<br>
6.'Setelah aromanya harum, masukkan ayamnya, tumis sebentar sampai berubah warna<br>
7. Masukkan santan cair, masak sampai ayam setengah matang, baru masukkan santan kental<br>
8. Didihkan sampai ayam 3/4 matang, kecilkan apinya dan masak terus sampai santan mengental<br>

50 gr bawang putih, cincang<br>
gula merah secukupnya<br>
garam secukupnya<br>
terasi secukupnya<br>
4 bh jeruk limau, ambil airnya<br>
150 cc minyak goreng ( lebih sedap pake jelantah )</p>

Tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum<br>
Masukkan cabe giling kasar, tumis sampai berwarna merah tua<br>
Masukkan irisan tomat<br>
Tambahkan ebi sangrai, terasi, gula dan garam<br>
Masak terus sampai berminyak, bila terlalu kering boleh ditambah sedikit air<br>
Angkat dan bubuhi air jeruk limau<br>
Simpan dalam toples steril, tutup rapat. Bisa tahan sampai 1 bulan lebih di kulkas</p>

Rolled boiled eggs into mixed eggs, than rolled it into breadcrumbs. Repeated this proceses many time until you get thickness as you desired, ended it with breadcrumbs.<br>
Sometimes, to get firm textured I keep it in the refrigerator for few minutes .<br>
Than, deep fried the eggs in to hot oil until golden and crisp.<br>
Divided into two , sprinkle some kanisama and beautifully spray it with mayonnaise, than served... It's so easy.<br>
In here, one of the Japanese restaurant, has sold this menu for 4 rm , just for one eggs..<br>
Unbelievable right? Yeahhhh....</p>

Bakso ini khas dan very famous because of it's special tastes </p>
<p dir="ltr">Honestly, im still searching the best recipe formula for best bakso...<br>
At least, this time I want to write some keynote for success bakso from blogging and my own experienced:<br>
1. Best to use the fried shallots and garlics, it can avoid bitter tasted. Best composition is one to one, and fried the whole onion, not sliced.<br>
2. Added chicken meat to beef bakso (chicken thigh is recommended) to enhanced the tastes, still beef meat (beef thigh recomended as well) is the main ingredient.<br>
3. Tapioca flour is about 15% from all weight of raw meat bakso, for me it was the best composition to get bounced yet soft bakso.<br>
4. Added white egg for 500gr raw meat bakso<br>
5. Crushed ice cubes and mixed in to the food processor while processing the raw meat for about  5-10 minutes to get a better texture.<br>
6.Boiled bakso with some raw gralics, and salt .</p>

<p dir="ltr">250gram daging<br>700 ml air or secukupnya</p>

<p dir="ltr">1 sdm ketumbar<br>
5 siung bawang putih<br>
1 cm jahe<br>
2 sdt garam<br>
1/2 sdt lengkuas<br>
1 sdm jeruk nipis</p>
<p dir="ltr">Sambal:</p>
<p dir="ltr">300gram cabai hijau<br>
10 siung bawang merah<br>
5 buah tomat hijau , saya ake tomat merah)<br>
6 sdm minyak goreng<br>
50 ml kaldu (sisa rebusan daging)<br>
1 sdm air jeruk nipis</p>
<p dir="ltr">Cara Membuat:<br>
Rebus daging bersama bumbu halus hingga lunak, angkat dan diiris 1 cm, kemudian dipukul-pukul kemudian panggang/goreng hingga kering<br>
Sambal: pukul atau penyet-penyet cabe dan bawang merah hingga pipih. Tumis cabai hijau, masukkan bawang merah, masukkan kaldu, masukkkan tomat dan masukkan air jeruk nipis<br>
Cara Penyajian: sajikan dendeng pada piring, siram sambal diatas daging tersebut...<br>

Dua lembar roti tawar, satu <i>banana</i> yang diiris tipis tipis, selai coklat, keju yang sudah diparut</p>

Oleskan selai coklat pada kedua roti tawar , tata rapih <i>banana</i> di atas olesan roti coklat, tabur parutan keju sesuai selera. Boleh ditambahkan meses  bila suka....<br>
Tangkup kedua lembar roti tersebut, kemudian bakar di <i>happy call/</i>alat bakar roti hingga kecoklatan, kemudian di balik... <br>
Setelah kedua permukaan roti kecoklatan, angkatan dan sajikan</p>

Dua lembar roti tawar, sebutir telor rebus di hancurkan pake garpu, keju yang sudah di parut , sambal botol dan mayonais. Kalau suka ada sayur, silakan, krn saya lg Hamil jd skip selada air nya.</p>

Oleskan sambal botol pada kedua roti tawar,  taburkan mashed eggs diatas olesan sambal, tambah kan mayonais diatas telor, taburkan keju sesuai selera.<br>
Tangkup kedua roti tersebut, sajikan...<br>
jika ingin di bakar silakan, kalo suami saya lebih suka Tanpa bakar dan tanpa sayur, lebih ringkas dimakannya hehe... </p>

Since, its very simple recipe but fresh and healthy as well<br />

From my beloved customer comment, the soul of fruits soup is on mango.. Since he doesn't like strawberry hehe..,<br />

Some cube cut of jelly or pudding any taste, lychee is our fav ..<br />

Uht milk, mine was low fat milk.. Some of my friend use soya milk also, and it's tasted good<br />
Greek yoghurt, regular yoghurt is OK...<br />
Condensed milk..<br />
Pinch of salt to adjust the taste<br />
<br />
How to make:<br />
Mixed well ingredients B... Tasted until fitted<br />
Pour A into B, plus ice cube...<br />
Served ....<br />

2 tbsp instant oatmeal<br />

1 egg beaten and breadcrumbs<br />

m e t h o D's :<br />
1. Line pan with baking paper and lightly coat with oil<br />
2. Mix all the ingredients until incorporated, pour it into greased pan and smooth the surface with spatula<br />
3. Steam on the high heat for 15 minutes or till cooked<br />
4. Let it cool<br />
5. Cut in to your favorite shape and sizes<br />
6. Deep each pieces into beaten egg and roll on to breadcrumbs<br />
7. Keep inside container and freeze for about 30 minutes or more<br />
8. Deep fry or pan fry it...<br />
9. Have a nice nugget... Enjoy<br />

campur tepung terigu, bawang putih halus, garam, gula, kaldu bubuk/gula dan air
putih. Aduk-aduk hingga tercampur rata dan tidak bergerindil tepungnya. Rebus
hingga adonan mendidih dan mengental seperti bubur, aduk-aduk hingga kalis.

dan licin, pakai dua sendok kayu. Masukkan tepung tapioka sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk pelan
pakai dua sendok kayu sehingga adonan pempek dapat dipulung/dibentuk. Memang agak
sedikit lengket dijari tangan, lumuri saja tangan dengan tepung tapioka agar jari-jari tidak lengket
oleh adonan.</span></div>

saja masukkan sebelum menambah tapioka, misalnya 1 ons udang cincang
(lebih banyak ya tambah enak :-)), 50g rebon, 1 ons teri medan yang
sudah terlebih dahulu direndam air hangat (biar g terlalu asin), atau
daging ikan yg dihaluskan, sesuai selera. Hati2 dg takaran garam
(hilangkan/kurangi dulu), kalau mau pakai teri, rebon, atau ebi, karena
mereka sudah asin. Kalau mau tambah sayuran, bisa pakai wortel kukus
yang dihaluskan, wortel serut, labu siam serut, daun sawi/sosin yang
diblender. Maka jadilah pempek "nyeleneh" ini.... </span></span></li>

ingin rasa ikannya terasa dan dominan. Sebagai contoh, jika ikannya 1/2
kg, maka sagu yg dipakai juga sekitar 1/2 kg. Dan terigu dan air yg ada
pd resep pempek DOS dapat dihilangkan. Cara menghaluskan ikannya, cukup
dilblender dg telur dan bumbu yg ada pd resep. Jika ditambah air,
dikhawatirkan tepungnya akan lebih banyak (karena akan lebih benyek),
butuh banyak tepung untuk sampai kalis, sehingga rasanya jadi kurang
mantep, malah alot.</span></span></li>
